MEDICAL CARE

A well-equipped recovery bay where students are looked after by competent, qualified health practitioners is put in place. Qualified nurses are available in case any child falls sick. Referral is available at Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta or Babcock University Teaching Hospital, llishan-Remo.

Holistic learning simply means educating The Head – Mental, The Heart – Spiritual and The Hand- Physical. At Babcock Academy, we ensure that every child is secured through learning, by making a positive impact on the society towards accomplishing an economic well-being. A Personal Knowledge Skills (P. K. S.) is drawn up for every child making sure that he/she makes progress Academically,

Socially, and spiritually, we evaluate students as individuals; carry out a comprehensive identification of the nature of their areas of weakness before embarking on a vigorous knockout exercise in order to achieve progress beyond expectation.

LANDMARK ACHIEVEMENTS: The school has to its credits the following accomplishments.

  1. WAEC/SSCE Accreditation: We have been accredited by the WAEC at the senior level.
  2. NECO/SSCE Accreditation: We also have NECO approval at the senior school level.
  3. NECO/BECE Accreditation: We have NECO approval at junior school level.
  4. Ogun state BECE Accreditation: The Ministry of Education Ogun State also gave license to operate at the junior school level.
  5. General conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Accreditation: The Education department of the General Conference has accredited us.
  6. Fully equipped laboratories: Our laboratories are fully equipped.
  7. Purchase/Acquisition of 21.5 additional plot of land: We have bought more land for School growth and expansion.
  8. Increase of department from three (3) to six (6) for growth and innovation: We have six (6) department in the school now to coordinate academic activities.
  9. Laundry services for students – Laundry services is being provided in the school.
